Ok. So just recently (like a couple of months ago) i had one of the biggest breakouts of my life. I have used just about every over-the-counter acne treatment system on the market. I am 15 years of age.. and i have acne on my face back and shoulders and i was wondering what product works the best for face acne/pimples i get the big ones and they make so mad.. i just get it on fore head and on the sides and somewhat cheeks i don’t have it all over but they get pretty big so any treatments, products , home remedies i can use for my face..I am currently using oxypads triple threat with cleanser.

YOu should wash with a gentle soap, like Oatmeal Soap (Neutrogena), and apply a thin flim of a Benzoyl Peroxde ointment to the areas. If it’s as bad as you say, you may need to see a dermatologist, for more intensive treatment.
