What are some really good acne treatments?

I am 15, and have acne. I have the wave from Neutrogena to really wash my face, but I need a good treatment. I have on the spot from Neutrogena, but it doesn’t work very well. Any ideas?

i used to use clean and clear acne control.. it worked nicley.. but then i started to get bumps on my cheeks and my vlackheads looked extra black and my skin got oily.. now i use MD Forte CLeanser (i get it from my derms office, but you can buy it online i believe) and my face has cleared up dramatically..and it looks more toned..follow the instrutions on the back (massage into dry face, use wet washcloth to remove, etc). Also, you have to go to a derm/ doctor to get this, but spironolactone (pill) clears your pores from the inside in (this might cause yor acne to get worse since all the dirt is being pushed out.. but it gets alot better). My relatives used to have bad acne also, and they also used MD Forte and their skin looks alot better.

MD Forte has 4 levels.. just depends on how sensitive your skin is.. i tried it in the winter and it dried my face out a little.. but since its summer now, its perfect

Go to a dermotologist they can put u on some medication to help clear up your face. They also might have u some cream or gel to put on at night. This works wonders because if the medication doesnt work they try a new one untill it works for u
