It’s called a comedone extractor and if you are not a professional who has been trained to use it you could damage your skin. Go to a spa and ask an esthetician or better yet let them do it. I think they are painful and I don’t use them on my clients. I use gloves, tissue and my fingers.

After a hot shower to open your pores, position the loop over the clogged pore and push in with firm, even pressure. The blackhead should pop right out.
