I’ve always popped every single pimple of mine and they turn out fine and heal okay,
but I’m going to try not to pop my pimples from now on since I’ve started getting acne scars,
so what happens when I don’t pop it when it forms a really obvious white head? Does the pimple just go down without scarring?
Explain.
Stay away from any kind of "tools" for a white head take a hot wash rag and put it on the pimple, keep doing this for awhile until it looks like it would "pop" them gently, squeeze it, little to no pressure, if it won’t squeeze, do the wash rag again.
Squeezing a pimple will push the infection into the fascia (layers) of flesh and it can and will travel to the blood stream to other parts of the body. MRSA can take up to a year sitting there waiting to get you and it will eventually. Take no chances.

its true that its not healthy to pop your zits because of the oils on your hands and all of that, but i also refuse to walk around with white heads on my face. the best thing to do is buy a zit popping tool (you can find them cheap and easy at CVS they’re silver and have loops usually on both sides), wash your hands, pop each zit only ONCE with the tool, then wash your face… that’s the best thing you can do..
hope i helped (:
good luck!
