hey, i have mostly pimples on my forehead (the baby ones) and those white ones. I am trying to get rid of them. My cousin told me to drink lots of water, and maybe try toothpaste. I tried them both. They got rid of SOME of my pimples, but not all of them. I really don’t want to use proactive, or that Neutrogena Skin ID If any of you have ideas, please help. thank you =)
neutrogena foaming cleanser works for me, try finding something that works for you.. and yeah never stop drinking water because that gets rid of toxins for you

Keep drinking lots of water, and stop touching your face.
Use an exfoliater, and face wash.
;D

Spectro Gel.
Recommended to me by my dermatologist when i was in high-school. Inexpensive, won’t leave your face feeling dry & works great.
I’ve used it for 9 years & still love it….

One, try to keep your hair out of your face, pin it back for a few days and try not to use hair products that can get into your skin like hair spray or gel as it clogs your pores.
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy, and wash your face regularily, even if it is only with a bar of soap (it’s usually too harsh for your face that way though) Use hot water when you wash, but when you rinse use cold as it helps you close up your pores after washing out the dirt, preventing oils from building back up on your skin.
Buy Clearasil Ultra at the store, it is only 6 bucks and it really works if you use it only every other day, and it lasts me like 2 months!
The key to good skin is always eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, and try to not cover it up with make-up as it just irritates them and creates more as the bacteria is then spread from on area to the next from the make-up brushes.
also, if you have white heads and want them to go here is a tip (usually try not to as picking them is bad anyways, but if you HAVE to get rid of them quickly…)
Rinse your face in Hot water for a few minutes, or hold a hot wash cloth over your face 3 times, making it soft, then rub it with the wash cloth until it comes off…but this usually leads to bleeding and scarring, scabs and all of that but it is a quick fix for a date that night or something….
Honey works too as it eats away the bacteria in the pimple, so if you need to pull out the crap, use honey or toothepaste to soften or dry out the pimples.
Hope it helps!
