I White Pimples are called White Heads. I have White Heads just a little on my Forehead as well. I use Poractiv. But If you can't get to any just use Clearasil. And What would also help is if you remember the three steps to a good clean clear Face. It's, Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize. You can Buy all those three products at Walmart or Target. You can Pick it out your own self.
