if you’re really fat and you eat alot of fat do you start getting these white pimples on your arms?


i saw this guy and someone said that its from lard you start getting these pimples with white on them or something

and yeah he’s obese

i am not sure this guy must need 2 see a dermotologist or must be wayyyyyyyyy overweight or obese
