Is it okay to remove the white head from pimples?


Now everyone knows that its bad for your skin if you squeeze and pop your pimples but i read somwhere that its oaky to remove the white head if the pimple. i do that and it doesn’t really hurt either and nothing comes out.

so is it really okay to remove the white head?
i am only 14 and i do not want to be scarred from pimples so do you get scarred if you just remove the white head?

Yes you will scar even just removing the white head. You’re not supposed to pick at your face at all to prevent scarring. Now if it’s really bugging you, use two Q-tips to pop it rather than your fingers. Your fingernails and the oils in your hands both contribute to scarring.
