well i have pimples on my penis head and the are lined up across the margin of my head a lot of them and they are tiny. when i pull my foreskin back i find resadew everytime i take a bath at night. i have no idea what it is i have researed a lot and it don’t look like pearly penile papule. any ideas?
I can’t diagnose your skin’s condition, but the residue, and the fact your foreskin is intact, suggests sebum and keratin build up (kind of oily), which in turn suggests the white bumps are sabaceous cysts (caused by sebum and keratin buildup as well). If so, they are harmless.
Have a doctor look to be sure.

the residue could be smegma, which is natural. Now the fact you have pimples on your penis strongly suggests you have a STD. Go see the Dr. And practice safe sex.

Genital pimples can be a symptom of sexually transmitted disease, and any kind of fluid-filled eruptions on the skin in that area should be considered in that light if unprotected sex has taken place. At the very least, an STD may take the form of the painful herpes zoster (the kind that often shows up on facial skin); this is painful but not very serious. However, the dreaded syphilis initially makes its presence known by a reddish genital skin rash that might include pimple-like eruptions.

It is probably more likely a male yeast infection. Yes guys can have them too! I know it sounds strange but the pimples you described don’t sound like herpes sores. Go to the doctor and he can give you ointment for it.

The pimples are probably pearly penile papules!. Some men have these and they will not cause you any harm, although they must look ugly. However, it would be better to get a medical opinion from your doctor. The "residue" is definitely smegma, which is one of the constant problems experienced by uncircumcised men. All you can do is make sure that you pull your foreskin fully back to expose the groove and wash thoroughly with mild soap and warm water to remove this disgusting material, at least two or three times every day.
The best thing for you would be to go to your doctor and arrange to be circumcised. Your mom should have had this done for you when you were small, but it’s never too late to put things right. Circumcised men enjoy better hygiene, health, comfort, appearance, self-esteem and FAR FAR better sexual sensation and pleasure during intercourse both for themselves and for their female partner(s). Most mature experienced women overwhelmingly prefer a circumcised man as a sexual partner – just ask a few if you want proof!. There are NO disadvantages to being circumcised and you should not hesitate to get the job done!

Personal experience – Although I grew up uncircumcised, I chose to be circumcised some 23 years ago as an adult, in response to my (then new) wifes very strong preference for a circumcised penis for hygiene, appearance and (particularly) for sexual pleasure and satisfaction. I had no medical reason to be circumcised, but it was one of the very best things that ever happened to me and I wish that it had been done earlier. I would never want to go back to having a foreskin again(ugh!) at any price!
