What is the cause and possible cure for the million tiny white pimples on my chest and back?


I first had a break out a couple years ago after wearing a necklace made from nickel that my doctor said caused an allergic reaction. At that time my whole chest and shoulders were covered with millions of tiny white pimples. And this is the second time they’ve come back, but not as intense. They centralize just above my cleavage. Some are on my back. They don’t itch and are not painful. I’ve tried astringent and witch hazel, but neither work. Any suggestions?

usually happens in sleep
the best things to do is make sure your sheets are washed often and keep hair out of the way of neck and shoulders so they get air to them
it might just be caused by hormones or something like that

    i just asked the same question too..i dont knw why..like the first person said i wake up this morning and i have white tiny lil pimples on my back and on my chest..wth.?? i dont knw what to do either..i went out and got a dove body wasj hopefully that will do it..good luck man..
